- 6th January to 23rd March £600
- 23rd March to 9th November, and Christmas and New Year £800
- 12th November to 23th December £625

The weekly rental cost includes:
- Electricity and wood for the wood burner
- Bed linen, bathroom towels, tea towels etc
The weekly rental cost does not include:
- Accommodation for more than 2
- Assistance in taking your luggage etc down the hill - but a wheelbarrow is kept at the house to assist
